Meet the Team

We’re Parker and McKenzie Finch, your Husband + Wife Dream team! We are just here to snap away + capture all your memories, but most importantly honor God at the forefront of all we do here. McKenzie started FP almost a year ago and recently her husband Parker decided to pick the camera up + loved it! As a photographer and client, it is so nice to have two sets of eyes + both genders available to make the experience much more flawless and comfortable for everyone!

  • McKenzie is a part time Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant by day! She loves creating|crafting, being outdoors, a huge foodie + your local thrifting gal!


  • Uncertified IT Help | Our Second Hand Man

    Parker is a full time Paramedic by day and loves the hobbies of woodworking, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors!

How do sessions work?

Step One: Choose the perfect package!

I offer something for everyone! Newly engaged? Need updated fam photos? Having a baby? I’m your girl!

Step Two: Show up & let’s capture some memories!

I offer a variety of locations that offer ponds, fields, studio backdrop + more. FP mainly uses natural lighting to capture the perfect image! FP offers music to be played, various prop options + a sense of comfort to truly be your raw + real self. I will always be guiding you with both prompts and poses to capture both candid + picture on the fridge for mom images lol. Clients will never have to worry about thinking during the session, I will be guiding you the entire way!

Step Three: Wait for the best gallery!

I ask for 2-4 weeks for turn around time to deliver all basic packages + a little more time for weddings! I tend to overdeliver + deliver quickly because I am so giddy to get your images to you. Lastly, my hopes are that you feel all the emotions like you’re living them again and love every image enough to share {and tag} Finchland Photography on your social media platforms! This helps continue the growth and sustain the livelihood of FP for years to come!!

  • FP has both a backdrop studio + farm available to clients to use in Dolphin, VA. As well as a farm in Danville, VA.

    • Retainer DOES go toward your total!

    • Yes! 50% non-refundable retainer for all sessions (except weddings) are required at the time of booking to secure session date!

    • Weddings are $500 non-refundable retainer to secure date. Payment plans or lump sum can be arrange for the remainder amount!

  • anything over 30 minutes from Dolphin, VA is .75 cent per mile!
